So You're Ready to Brand?

Hi, there. This week I would like to build upon last Tuesday's post about branding. I will provide a simple, quick brand checklist to consider before reaching out to a graphic designer or brand strategist.

A brand is the set of expectations, memories, stories, and relationships that, taken together, account for a consumer's decision to choose one product service over another. —Seth Godin

Brand Checklist

  1. Define who you are and define the service and/or product you would like to provide.

  2. List out about 4-6 words that sum up what your business is.

  3. Identify who your potential clients are through market research. What are these clients' wants and needs? How can you help with your services/products?

  4. Take professional business photos with a professional photographer.

Thank you for reading. This checklist will make the process easier and smoother for you and your graphic designer or strategist. Consider taking the steps to get it off the list and continue building your brand.

Reminder that I offer a FREE one on one preliminary session with me to discuss all of your design needs. Click here to book the session.
